TYPES OF STANDS

A)  Standard Stand

Exhibitors may employ a decorator to build suspending objects to their standard stands without any additional installations. Any appliances not in accordance with the standard stand structure will be compensated by the exhibitor. Suspending display objects may not exceed the height of the wall panels and should be within the limits of allocated stand area. Nailing on the standard stand panel, painting or wallpapering are not permitted. Any damages within the exhibition area should be compensated either by the exhibitor or the decorator.

B) Specially Decorated Stands

All specially designed stand projects (project including separations, height of stand equipment in cm, back distances, offices, windows, etc.) should be confirmed by the Congress Office. Suspending display objects may not exceed the specified height of the wall panels of the exhibition buildings which are shown below and should be within the limits of the allocated stand area. Any damages within the exhibition area should be compensated either by the exhibitor or the decorator.

*If any specially decorated stand could be constructed, the height of the location of the stand to be placed has to be taken into consideration.
